Hey guys,

I hate to do this, but if anyone has the recipe for the peanut butter frosting from VCTOTW, I would be eternally grateful. I'm currently on holiday without my book and craving some cupcakes.

I made these a few weeks ago for a weekend trip to Tahoe. For the cake I used the chocolate cake recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World (cos it's just so moist!) and then dropped a mini Reese's cup in the center. For the buttercream I just combined peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until it looked and tasted right.

I made these from leftover batter from a cake I made for a friend. Peanut butter + banana combo = très yummy!

I think I used the peanut butter cream cheese frosting from a recipe here... it tasted just like Reese's filling!
